Jess was born and raised in Lebanon County. She graduated from Annville-Cleona High School and attended Harrisburg Area Community College. Jess has an extensive background in Health Administration and Customer Service for approximately 17 years. 
She currently lives outside of Cleona in North Lebanon Township with her husband Allen and 3 daughters Mikayla, Emalyn and Alexys. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys camping, sports, engaging with the community and spending time with her family.
