Nicole Fay, Agent

Nicole grew up in Berks County as the second oldest of five children.  She graduated from Messiah College with a BS and MA in Art Education.  In the fall of 2012 she began a career in public education and coaching with the School District of Lancaster.

After teaching for 6 years and coaching field hockey for 7 years, Nicole sought out other teaching opportunities.  In 2018, with her newly married husband, she moved to Florida and became a paramotor instructor. After a year in sunny Florida, they returned to Pennsylvania to work for a skydiving company in Lancaster.  As the operations manager, Nicole assisted others in accomplishing their dream of making a skydive.  Throughout all of these experiences, Nicole has learned the value and importance of fostering meaningful relationships and serving others.

Nicole currently lives in Palmyra with her husband Steven, and their dog Bear, and they believe in living life to the fullest.  Weather permitting, they love skydiving, paramotoring, scuba diving and whitewater kayaking.  They also enjoy rock climbing, motorcycle riding, and competitive shooting.  When they can sneak away, they love traveling and adventuring in their van with Bear.  Regardless of the activity, they enjoy sharing their passions with friends and family.  Nicole looks forward to this new adventure as a real estate agent as her husband pursues his business as a licensed general contractor.  They make a great team and would love the opportunity to help others make their dreams a reality.

What Our Clients Say

This was a great team to work with. They knew their stuff and the area. It was nice to get another opinion after looking at many houses but yet kept comparing everyone to the house we ended up buying. They knew when to push and keep us calm at the same time. It didn’t matter who we looked at houses with from the team, they seemed to know what we wanted and obviously compared notes. So it wasn’t like we had to break someone in.
