Anthony Fava is Principal and fifty-percent owner of Sun Property Group, a 15-person firm that specializes in selling, leasing, managing, constructing and developing real estate in Greater Boston. Daily activities include the general oversight of an 850-unit management portfolio, the status review of the construction management team’s projects, the permitting of residential real estate developments that will eventually be acquired and built, and various business operational tasks. He has been developing residential real estate for the past 13 years (full time for the last 7 years) and possesses nearly 20 years of experience in civil-site design and land surveying.
Anthony holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics from Northeastern University, Class of 2004.”
