Kim Eby, Agent (SRES)
Kim was born, raised and still lives in Lancaster County. One of her favorite hobbies is traveling! Six years ago her husband and her purchased a 200+ year old home in Willow Street simply because of its historical charm and location. Kim graduated high school from Pequea Valley and went on to get her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Millersville University. In 2012, while raising her family, she was encouraged by many to get her Real Estate license after working in a variety of sales fields. She went on to get certified as a SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), attend many National sales conferences and take classes in what ever she could get scheduled. In January 2023 Kim completed all the qualifications and the test to achieve her broker’s license, which was mainly done to further her education.
On a personal note, Kim lives with her husband Greg and between the two of them they have five grown children. Their favorite hobby is traveling, which includes visiting many National Parks and areas around the United States. They have found themselves starting to venture into Europe and hope for many more trips. They also love to birdwatch, hike, bike, crocheting, reading, watching the Phillies and more recently learning to play golf. However, Kim’s favorite pastime is being involved with her church, Grace Point Church of Paradise, where she is on the women’s fellowship committee.
When asked, “Why did you start real estate and what do you love about it?", it's simple! She once had a neighbor get hurt in a real estate deal and there was no way to help. Witnessing that situation is when she decided to get into the business and bring integrity and heart to each client that came her way. Real estate has become synonymous with her name and she loves every part about it! Kim realizes each and every customer has a story and their transactions will each be different. Her goal is to use her resources and try to make each transaction as smooth and non-stressful as possible!
