Terms - A 10% deposit is required at the conclusion of the auction and must be wired to the Bering Real Estate Co escrow account next day.  This amount will be held in escrow until the time of settlement. Settlement to be held on or before 30 days.  A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid price and will become part of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for the 2% PA real estate transfer tax and deed preparation fee. Property is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO CONTINGENCIES.
