Auction Terms - A deposit of $15,000 will be collected at the conclusion of the auction with the balance due upon the transfer of the PLCB License. There is a 10% buyer premium added to the final high bid price and will become part of the purchase price. The successful bidder shall be required to execute a written Agreement of Sale at the conclusion of the auction and submit all required deposits. Closing of the transaction shall occur upon approval of the license transfer by the PLCB. Seller and Buyer shall cooperate fully in completing all PLCB applications, filings, and hearings.
